| In classrooms: - Put up the posters and distribute the test guides to students - Accept test applications and collect test fees from students. |

| When you know the number of test participants
and their desired test grades, please
write the required numbers of tests and listening
CDs, etc., on the specified order sheet and
send it in by two weeks before the test date. At the same time, please pay the test fee by bank transfer or postal transfer. There will be no transfer fee if the attached postal transfer slip is used. If you are a member of the Association, please deduct your predetermined percentage as a handling fee from the total amount. After the transfer is confirmed, we will review the order sheet and mail you the requested number of tests plus listening CDs, a test administration guide, speaking test manual, and other necessary material. | |||||

| Read the test administration guide and other directions carefully, and administer the test in your classroom. | ||||||

| ―Listening Test― Administer the test according to the instructing in the Listening Test Administration Guide. The scripts of questions in the tests for all grades are provided in the guide for reference, but please make sure to use the specified CD for the test. When finished, collate the answer sheets in order test number, and prepare for the Speaking Test. ―Speaking Test― Administer the test according to the instructing in the Oral Test Administration Manual. When test participants enter the test venue, greet them and carry on simple conversations with them to give them a chance to relax before beginning the test questions. Also, while testing, nod, or give other encouragement to the responses made by the test participants so that they can remain relaxed throughout the test. |

| After the test is completed, please mail
the answer sheets to the Association
office. The Testing Committee will score the tests, make pass/fail determinations, and mail to the organization that administered the tests a package containing certificates for all those who passed, and reduced-size sheets of problems and answers as well as other documents for all test participants. |
